Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Fix for the Premium External (FiveM) Lite & Full menus.

Close out all background programs if you're receiving a BSOD when attempting to use the menu, debuggers and resource monitors should not be present when running the loader or menu. You must also not be running the loader/menu through any VM, emulator, debugger, memory viewer, etc.
